We have all experienced moments of feeling confident, effective, serene, or particularly inspired. The Circle of Excellence, from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), is a powerful tool for anchoring these resourceful states and reactivating them when needed.

The central idea: if your brain has already experienced this state once, it can learn to return to it intentionally.
